Larger than normal lake side cabin is 1,150 square feet in size, with large sun deck facing the lake.
The smaller portion of the building was estimated to be built in the 1960’s and the larger addition was added on in the 1970’s.
The smaller portion is presently the kitchen and dinning room.
The kitchen has a propane stove and fridge, as well as a granny cook stove.

The smaller portion of the cabin has sunk over the years and will need to have new footings and sauna tubes installed

Beaver Lake Stats aka (Swalwell Lake)
The elevation is 4,500 feet. Maximum depth is 76.8 feet Beaver lake is a large lake and is 630 acres in size with many island scattered around the lake.
Beaver Lake is located in the Okanagan Region approximately 17 km. (11 mi.) northeast of the town of Winfield.
From the city of Kelowna travel north on Hwy. #97 to Winfield. Turn east off Hwy. #97 onto Beaver Lake Road and follow it to Beaver Lake.
Pavement for a few kilometers then some gravel then some rough broken pavement, and then smoother gravel roads to the lake.
When you reach the fork in the road at the beaver lake resort you take the fork to the left and travel on the Dee lake F/S road for
another kilometer and you will cross a small narrow bridge.
Approx. 200 meters past the bridge you will see on the right hand side a large steel gate with pink ribbon on a tree.
My for sale sign should be visible. You can stop and park here and walk down to the property and turn to your left at the bottom of the hill.
The cabin is approx. the 6th cabin along this road.
Shared locked steel gate at the main road for security reasons, and common drive way to other cabin owners.
