Bouleau Lake is a clean, clear, deep lake, which is approx. 1 - 2 miles in length. Bouleau Lake offers Rainbow trout from 1/2 to l pound. The lake has an elevation of 1,401 meters, or 4559 feet. Maximum depth of 19.51 meters, or 64' feet, mean depth 7.92 meters or 26' feet. The size of Bouleau Lake is 158 acres or 64 hectares. Fisheries had two stockings in 2003 of approx. 30,000 fingerlings. There is no restrictions on the lake regarding motors.
Crown Lease
The lease was renewed on August 31, 2003 for an additional 15 year term with Crown Lands. The annual Crown Lease fee is based on 3% of the annual assessed land value. The 2010 lease fee payment was based on the 2010 assessed land value of $149,000 and the lease fee will be $4,470.00. The 2011 Lease fee payment will be based on the 2011 assessed land value of $98,300 and the reduced lease fee will be $2,949.00

Bouleau lake is located between Kelowna and Vernon off of Westside road, onto Beau road and then Bouleau Lake Forest Service road.
The property is approx. 24km off the pavement, on a Forest Service road. About 12km of the road is maintained and in very good condition. There is a couple of kilometers of pot holes.
