Bouleau Lake is a clean, clear, deep lake, which is approx. 1 1/2 miles in length. Bouleau Lake offers Rainbow trout from l to 2 pounds. The lake has an elevation of 1,401 meters, or 4559 feet. Maximum depth of 19.51 meters, or 64' feet, mean depth 7.92 meters or 26' feet. The size of Bouleau Lake is 158 acres or 64 hectares. Fisheries had two stockings in 2003 of approx. 30,000 fingerlings. There is no restrictions onthe lake regarding motors.
Crown Lease
The lease was renewed on February 1, 2016 for a 15 year term with Crown Lands. The annual Crown Lease fee is $2,235.00 based on 3% of the current assessed land value. The 2016 lease fee payment is based on the 2016 assessed land value of $74,500

Access to cabin. Once you reach Bouleau you come to a fork in the road. You turn right and cross a small bridge crossing over the Bouleau lake creek. About 60-80 yards you pull over to the left hand side of the road and you will see an ATV trail. Park here and walk in along the lake edge for approx. 5 minutes and you will come to a cabin and clearing. The subject cabin is the next one over to the left hand side. Please respect other cabin owners private property. Should you need to bring in anything heavy you may have to boat it in from the F/S at the end of the lake, a few hundreds yards away.
Bouleau lake is located between Kelowna and Vernon off of Westside road, onto Beau Park road and then Bouleau Lake Forest Service road. Beau Park road is located just 1km past the entrance to Parker Cove. The property is approx. 24km off the pavement, on a Forest Service road. About 12km of the road is maintained and in very good condition. There is a couple of kilometers of pot holes but generally the road is fair to good. Bouleau lake is approx. 80 km from Kelowna.
