Amenities
16' Shallow dug well. (not presently plumbed to cabin) Rough access road can be taken from the bottom of the road as you leave the McCulloch lake road. One fork will take you by Fish lake to the cabin which is closer. The other fork will take you by the Browne Lake Forest Service site and around the lake and past the spillway by the burm. (this is the longer route)
There is no hydro as Browne Lake. Cell service works in certain areas and by Fish Lake.
Crown Lease
2007 Crown Lease fee is $1,890.00 which is based on 3% of the annual assessed land value of $63,000 in 2006. 2007 assessed land value is $64,600 The Crown lease was renewed on March 22, 2000 for a 15 year term.

Browne Lake & Area
The surrounding area around Browne lake has many hundreds miles of old logging roads and trails which area excellent for walking and hiking, cycling, ATV's, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, etc. Many of the fishing lakes in the area including Browne Lake area, Idabel, Canyon, Dale, Mile High Lakes, Stump Lake, Haynes Lake, Hydraulic or McCulloch, Fish, Pearl and Turtle Lake.
You are also only a short drive to World Class Skiing in the winter at Big White Ski Resort.
