Public opening of offers will occur at 9:00am, Tuesday, June 15, 2004, at the LWBC office in Kamloops, BC. During the public opening, offers will be opened and the bidder's name and the amount of the bid will be announced. No formal acceptance of offers will take place at the opening.

Road access along the north shore of Shuswap Lake is year round, however road conditions east of Anglemont are subject to weather and maintenance. The road section between Anglemont and Seymour Arm is gravel and actively used for forestry. Driving time from the Squilax Bridge (the entry point to the north shore of Shuswap Lake) to Anglemont is approximately 30 minutes.
