Bedding and towels are not supplied.
There is ample opportunity to expand the business by adding additional rental cabins, should a new owner which to expand the operation.
Be it winter or summer, the rugged beauty of Chute Lake Resort makes it ideal for quiet
leisurely nature walks for those who wish to take advantage of the birds and wildlife often seen.
The "Historic Kettle Valley Railway", which has become a very popular cycling path, goes right
through the Resort property. For the more adventurous there are other lakes to explore which
are within walking distance.
In the winter a well maintained road from Penticton and a 4-wheel drive road from Kelowna
(not recommended) make the lodge accessible for winter recreation at its best.
Snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and ice fishing are featured.

Chute Lake & Area Stats
Chute Lake is located at an altitude of 4,000 feet, and is located in a very
scenic and historic location approx. 20 miles north of Penticton via Naramata
road. From Kelowna it is about 1/2 hour drive up from Okanagan Mission.
Chute lake is naturally over-stocked with rainbow trout and has a catch
limit of 6 fish per day. Pedal boats, canoes and rowboats are available for rental.
There is a boat launch and up to 10 HP motors are permitted.
The resort includes a playground for small children. Other resort activities
include a baseball diamond and a horseshoe pit.
The Chute Lake Resort is located on the old Kettle Valley Railway which cuts
through the property along the edge of Chute Lake. The old Kettle Valley Railway is a section of the renowned Trans Canada Trail. Large groups of cyclists and tourists use this route every year making the resort a very lucrative business.
