Dominic Lake is located west of the Lac Le Jeune exit. Traveling towards Logan Lake for approx. 4 - 5 miles you can exit on the Mile High and Paska Lake road. Travel up this year round maintained road for approx. 8 Km and you reach Paska Lake. Turn to you left and travel to Dominic Lake another 8 - 9 Km.

The Dominic Lake road is a good gravel road but it, is not maintained on a year round basis. The lot is very private and safe with a gentle grade to lake edge. 100' of lake frontage x 278' deep x .62 acre of treed privacy. Locked security gate at the main road.

The cabin is approx. 20 years old and in very good condition. The cabin is approx. 628 square feet in size, with a beautiful frontal view of Dominic Lake from the large open sun deck 8' x 24'. Any new owner wishing to renew the lease prior to 2005 can have this process done anytime within the time period of the present lease. 2000/2001 Crown Lease fee will be $2,238. 2001 property taxes are $777.

The Crown Lease rate is based on 3% of the annual assessed land value. You can stay with the present Crown Lease, or apply to Crown Lands to purchase the land.

DOMINIC LAKE IS A VERY QUIET FISHING LAKE. THERE IS NO FORESTRY SITE ON THE LAKE, AND THERE IS NO PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE LAKE. THUS THE BEAUITFUL PRIVACY AND ENJOYMENT ON THE LAKE.
