The 2002 property taxes are $767.77. The 2002-03 Crown Lease fee will be $2,388.00. The annual Crown lease fee is based on 3% of the annual assessed land value, which is set by the BC Assessment Authorities.
The Crown Lease was renewed July 7, 1995 for 15 years. Any new owner wishing to renew the lease prior to 2008 can have this process done anytime within the time period of the present lease. There was a Crown Grant in 2001 in the amount of $55,000 to purchase the land. Values in this area in my opinion have changed very little. Zoning is AF - 1
Water is taken from a small creek in the early part of the summer, and then pumped from the lake to holding tanks for gravity feed to the cabin.

Dominic Lake is located west of the Lac Le Jeune exit. Traveling towards Logan Lake for approximately 4 - 5 miles you can exit on the Mile High-Paska Lake road. Travel up this year round paved road for approximately 8 km and you reach Paska Lake. Turn to your left and travel to Dominic lake another 8 - 9 km.
The Dominic Lake road is a good gravel road but it, is not maintained on a year round basis. The lot is very private and safe with a gentle grade to the lake edge. The property has 99' at the rear of the property and 435' on the south side x 438' on the north side. The property is well treed.
Dominic lake is a quiet fishing lake. There is no forestry site on the lake, And there is no public access to the lake, except through the small fishing camp located at the south end. This makes for an enjoyable relaxing experience.
