The cabin was built in 1976 and is built on concrete pads. There is a mix of double glazed windows and older single pain windows. The green metal roof is approx. 10 years old.

Large 20' x 10' sun deck overlooking the lake. Main bath has a tub and sink. No toilet. Out house out back. Soap box out back to handle grey water.

There is a gravity feed water system with a 40 gallon storage tank that drains into service the cabin. Gas fired pump located near the lake edge.

Living room is 14' x 13'-10" in size. Several chairs and chesterfields. The kitchen is 14'-3" x 9'-7" in size, and has a wood stove, which is the heating source and for cooking. There is a propane fridge and a dual burner propane cook top.

The bedroom is 9'-7" x 6'-6" in size. The dining room is 13'-10" x 5'-5" in size, including table and 4 chairs.

The small loft has two bedrooms; bedroom #1 is 13'-3" x 9' in size, bedroom #2 is 11' x 8' in size.

Cabin includes fridge, stove, furniture and window coverings.

0.54 acre in size and very private with a mix of cedar and fir trees. 104.54' of gravel-sand beach front with small dock (wharf belongs to the neighbours). Grassy lawn at lake edge used for picnic and playground area.

The east side is 208.16' in length. The west side is 210.99' in length. The back road entrance has 100.67' in length.
