The older 494 square foot cabin is estimated to be approx. 30 to 40 years of age, and has been updated and maintained in very good repair, with an open vaulted ceiling. New shake roof in 2001.

The cabin is approx. 494 square feet in size, with 1 large bedroom and is mixed with hardwood and carpet throughout. There is an enclosed porch, used for storage and wood supply which is 19'10" in length x 2'-10" deep.

Kitchen is 13' - 9" x 9' - 7" with propane stove and fridge. Kitchen countertops with cupboards, and sink.

Living room is 13' - 9" x 9' - 6" with brick fireplace, and vaulted ceilings and picture windows, to enjoy the lovely views of Glen Lake and surrounding property. With a nook 5' - 10" x 3' deep, perfect for fly tying.

Crown Lease

The Crown Lease is presently in the process of being renewed with Crown Lands in Kamloops for a 15 year term.

The 2003 lease fee was paid in May 2003 in the amount of $1,296.00 The lease fee is based on 3% of the 2003 assessed land value of $43,200

Property taxes for 2003 were $516.43

Lake Stats

Glen Lake is a small 11 hectare lake, or 26.70 acres with brook trout and rainbow trout in the lake. According to the fishery stats rainbow trout are stocked in the lake each year, with the last stocking of brook trout in 2001. Glen Lake has an elevation of 1,160 meters or 3,806' level, with 2 wheel drive access. Glen Lake has a maximum depth of 45 feet, and a perimeter of 6,000'.
