Headwaters Lake #2 has an elevation of 1,300 meters or 4,100' level. The lake has been stocked every May with 3000 Blackwater Yearling trout since 1999. The surface area of Headwater Lake #2 is approx. 19 ha or 47 surface acres. Headwaters Lake #2 has a perimeter of 3.4 kilometers or 2.11 miles. Buyers need to confirm this with their own due diligence.
Headwater Lakes is located just north of Peachland via the old Princeton Hwy. At approx. Km 20 you will come to the Headwater Lake fishing resort on Lake #1. Keep to your right on the main road will circle around lake #2 until you come to the subject cabin. There is a second alternate route if you are coming from Merritt. Approx. 60 Km from Merritt you will see the Hatheume lake exit. You take the Hatheume Lake exit off the connector and travel approx. 7 km following the Hatheume lake Resort signage. Instead of passing under the freeway heading towards Hatheume lake, you head in the other direction and follow this gravel road from approx. 8 km where you will come to a junction in the road and your arrival at Headwaters lake #2. Turn right here and the cabin is only a few hundreds yards down the road. You will see a small lake on your right which is located across the road form the subject property. I am not sure if this route is maintained through the winter months. But it will cut approx. 1 1/2 hours off your driving time in the summer if you are coming from the Merritt direction along the CONNECTOR towards Kelowna.
