The dining room is 11'-4" x 11'-7" which offers lovely views of
the lake. Sliding glass door provides access to large sun deck
that over looks Headwaters lake with furniture and BBQ.
The sun deck is covered and is 336 square feet in size, with
furniture and BBQ.

stove and Consol propane fridge.

tanks and gravity fed to the kitchen, bathroom and shower house beside

There is a detached steel container for storage.
Behind the cabin is a wood shed/storage shed.
The property is .343 acre of land and has 167.32' of lake frontage with 131'
deep. See site plan for configuration of property. From the cabin the down
to the lake edge there is a large seating area and fire pit.
Easy access off the main forest service road through a shared community gate.
The property is located approx. a hundred yards off the main road which crosses
through several property owners lots. There is lots of parking at various locations
along the lake edge and beside the cabin.
The Crown lease was renewed for a new 15 year term on
April 26, 2002 The tenure number is # 338741
The 2012 Crown lease fee is $4,200.00 which is based on
3% of the annual assessed land value. The land value for
2012 was $140,000

of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations,

and discuss the assignment process and any fees associated

From talking to the Ministry of Forests, I understand that if a
recreational lease in the Okanagan, which is located on an irrigation
lake and the current lease tenure has completed more than half of
the issued term of the current tenure, the Land Officer may look at
issuing a premature renewal for a new 30 year lease.
The subject lease tenure is now more than half way through the
15 year term and should quality for a new 30 year lease.
