Cabin #1
- This cabin has been extensively remodelled inside and out, including a new metal roof. The cabin is 540 square feet in size with one bedroom 8' x 9'-8" and closet. Padlocked basement area under the main cabin. Nicely finished with newer carpet, panelling and lino. The two cabins can sleep up to 8 people, using the queen size hide-a-bed in the main cabin.

LIVING ROOM, is 17'-3" x 9'-8" in size with large bay windows to enjoy the view of the lake. A wood burning air tight wood stove is located in the corner by the bedroom. Complete with large couch, and re-cliner, and sliding glass door to side deck.

DINING ROOM, is 11' x 9'-4" in size located in front of a large bay window to enjoy the lake and views. Very nice table and 4 chairs.

KITCHEN is 14'-6" x 9'-4", and comes with large pantry, 4 burner propane stove, servel propane fridge, lots of cupboards on both sides of the room, complete with large counter tops, sink, and water bottle fountain. Complete with pots and pans, and dishes. Sun deck off kitchen is 26' x 11'-9" complete with picnic table.

CABIN #2 - SHOWER COMBINATION;
This cabin is 250 square feet in size with one bedroom 9'-6" x 9'-6" overlooking the lake. One double bed with linen and pillows complete with blinds, 4 drawer dresser, coat rack and Ecotherm propane heater. The back bedroom is 9'-10" x 6'-6", with two single bunk beds and 4 drawer dresser. The shower off the rear of the cabin has a sink, shower stall and Paloma instant hot water heater.

PROPERTY - The property is nicely treed for privacy, and has a gentle grade to the back of the cabins. The lakefront is nice and flat with beach area, and picnic areas. The property is .52 acre in size with 66.25'lakefrontage by 324.44' deep on the North side x 329.16' on the South side with 66.01' Paska Lake road frontage.

WATER SYSTEM - The water is pumped from the lake to a 200 gallon holding tank located towards the middle of the property and gravity fed to the cabins. (Includes pump) The owners have the only "water license" on Paska Lake. Ministry of Environment bill for the water license is $57.00 every three years. (Must be transferred to new owners) Allows for 500 gallons per day usage from Paska Lake.

STORAGE SHED - 8'-3" x 10'-3" ( Built in 2002 ) Newer and nicely finished storage shed for garden tools etc.

A boat with oars are included in the sale. Flaoting dock to be attached as per instructions in the cabin. Smoker stored in the crawl space.

ALL furnishings are included, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, linens, etc.

Solar Panel, is adequate to power cell phone or laptop.

Propane Tank; is rented from Del's Propane in Kamloops for $95.00 including taxes per year. The tank is about 80% full at this time having been filled on August 14/02 and used very little since. (Buyer's should make transfer of rental at time of possession)FANCY, NEAT, CLEAN OUT HOUSE.

There is a Paska Lake Protection Assn (voluntary membership). They have the lake water tested, etc. They are investigating having hydro service and seem to be making some progress there. There presently is no hydro, but in its place there is a very efficient propane lighting and heating system.

The owners presently carry in their our drinking water (containers on site), and use the lake water for everything else.
