The back bedroom is 9'-10" x 6'-6", with two single bunk beds and
4 drawer dresser. The shower off the rear of the cabin has a sink,
shower stall and Paloma instant hot water heater.
PROPERTY - The property is nicely treed for privacy, and has a gentle grade to the back of the cabins. The lakefront is nice and flat with beach area, and picnic areas. The property is .52 acre in size with 66.25'lakefrontage by 324.44' deep on the North side x 329.16' on the South side with 66.01' Paska Lake road frontage.
WATER SYSTEM - The water is pumped from the lake to a 200 gallon holding tank located towards the middle of the property and gravity fed to the cabins. (Includes pump) The owners have the only "water license" on Paska Lake. Ministry of Environment bill for the water license is $57.00 every three years. (Must be transferred to new owners) Allows for 500 gallons per day usage from Paska Lake.

There is a Paska Lake Protection Assn (voluntary membership). They have the lake water tested, etc. They are investigating having hydro service and seem to be making some progress there. There presently is no hydro, but in its place there is a very efficient propane lighting and heating system.
The owners presently carry in their our drinking water (containers on site), and use the lake water for everything else.
