and is 639.7 acres in size. Maximum depth is 242.72'
Fish stocking are Rainbow Trout, Kokanee and Eastern Brook Trout.
Missezula Lake is surrounded by many smaller fishing lakes.
Several have larger rainbows which are "catch & release".

Coming from Kelowna, you turn left off the Connector Hwy. onto
5A south and head towards Aspen Grove and Princeton, for 50 km
and turn left onto Summers creek road. Stay on Summers creek
road for 30 km and you will arrive at the village of Missezula Lake.
Continue on straight through the village on summers creek road
and there is 16 lots along this road. The subject property is lot #5.
You will see my for sale sign near the back road.
Coming from Princeton you travel approx. 9 Km and turn right onto
Summers creek road. Follow the same directions above.
