Located just east of the former Coquihalla Hwy., toll booth off the Juliet road exit #238. Until the winter snow is gone there is no access other than via snow mobile.
Driving time from the toll booth is approx. 20 minutes and driving time from Hope is approx. 1 hour. Using the new Juliet Forest Service road driving time is 10 minutes off the Coquihalla Hwy.
Beautiful 2 bedroom cabin built approx. in 1972. 1 1/2 main story floor is approx. 581 square feet in size with an additional 234 sq. feet up.
Total square footage 815 square feet. The cabin is well insulated for winter activities. Large sun deck over looking Murray lake.
The cabin is completely finished, laminate hard wood floors, knotty pine walls varnished walls, wired for 110 and 12 volt, 4 propane lights, 2 in the dining room and 2 in the kitchen.

The lake is accessible via a gravel road from the Coquihalla Hwy. and is in good condition in the summer.
The lot is 3.13 acres in size with approx. 220' of lakefrontage. On the north side of the property on the lake side there is approx. 60' from the lake to the road, and 30' on the south side.
On the upland side of the property across the road is approx. 573' on the north line and approx. 703' on the south line.
The Murray lake Forest Service runs along out front of all the properties, providing access to the far end of the lake. There are NO Services located at Murray lake.
The driveway is long and can park a trailer or camper at the end of the driveway right beside a small shed.
There is also room for another 2 to 4 vehicles at the rear of the property, as well as additional parking up top across the road on the bench.
The property faces south west which provides sunny exposure all day.
The Crown Lease was renewed on April 10, 2013 for a 15 year term. The property is currently located on Crown lease land and is not being offered for sale by the Crown at this time.
Buyers need to do their own due diligence with the Ministry of Forests and Lands and Natural Resources Operations in Kamloops and discuss the assignment process and any fees associated with the assignment of the lease.
