I have spoke with Brent Magan at the Okanagan Regional District at 763 - 4918 on June 18, 2007 regarding the old cabin. Brent informed me that the old cabin has been "grandfathered" and any new owner will be able to maintain the present structure, but any new additions would not be possible.
I had some further communications with the Integrated Land Management Bureau in Kamloops, formerly (Land & Water BC) They informed me that the land would NOT be offered for sale due to the location to Highway 97, and the close proximity to Okangan Lake , which do not meet current Environmental guidelines.
