The two story log cabin was started in 1992 and finished by the current owner over the next few years.

The main floor is approx. 895 square foot in size, with 2 large bedrooms, and full bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. Sliding glass doors to a large sun deck facing Paska lake.

The loft is 270 square feet in size with one bedroom and sitting area, overlooking the main floor.

The basement is unfinished and is approx. 600 square feet in size.

The main heating source is a wood burning stove, which is located on a brick hearth.

The cabin is wired for 110 and presently has a generator this is supplying hydro to the cabin.

There is no septic system installed to date. Electrical is at the lot line, and needs to be hooked up.

The water is pumped with a Jet pump, from the lake to a 200 gallon reservoir and pumped with 12 volt RV pump with batteries throughout the house. The plumbing is roughed in and ready to be hooked up to a future sewage disposal system. Presently the cabin is hooked up to a composting toilet and a gray water pit, and outdoor privy.

The cabin needs some cosmetic finishing both inside and out, but structurally the building is very sound, and the owner has indicated that he has all the electrical, plumbing and TNRD permits in place.

The property has excellent year round maintained paved roads, and easy access from the Coquihalla Hwy. The property is .50 acre in size with 66 feet of road frontage and 66' of lake frontage by 332' in length. the lot is flat and level from approx. one half of the property and then it takes a slope down to the cabin. The lake frontage is flat and very desirable to prospective buyers. An extra special feature is that the property on the west side faces on to Crown Land and offers excellent privacy.

Access to Paska Lake off the Logan Lake hwy., is approx. 10 km. Access to Paska Lake can be either through the Forest Service site or through the dedicated lot further down Paska Lake road. Face lake is a short walk along the rough 4 x 4 road and through the Foreset Service site.

There is several other alternate routes to reach Paska Lake. Via the Trans Canada #1 Hwy. from Cache Creek to Cherry Creek. Driving time is approx. 3- 40 minutes via the Duffy Lake road or the Greenstone Mtn. road.

Moose and deer are plentiful in there surrounding region. Paska Lake is surrounded by many lakes in the area including many 4 x 4 lakes, and walk-in lakes that provide excellent fishing.
