700 square foot renovated cabin was started approx. 2000, and has been completed updated through 2008, with vaulted ceiling, new wiring, thermo windows, and metal clad roof. Cabin includes electric stove and fridge, and furniture.

Paska lake is 123.5 acres in size, and is stocked with rainbow trout. The elevation is 4,724 feet. Maximum depth is 29 meters or 95.14 feet. Fishing closure from December 1 to April 30 Engine power restriction 7 kw (10) hp Rainbow trout daily quota = 6; bait ban, single barbless hook 1,000 Pennask rainbow were stocked in September, 2002.

Location & showings

Access to Paska Lake off the Logan Lake hwy., is approx. 10 km. Access to Paska Lake can be either through the Forest Service site or through the dedicated lot further down Paska Lake road. Face lake is a short walk along the rough 4 x 4 road and through the Forest Service site. Should you wish to drive the area and view the lake and surrounding area, please feel free to do so, but please respect private property owners.

Driving time from:

• Lac Le Jeune exit is approx. 15 minutes.
• Logan Lake is approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
• Kamloops is approx. 30 to 35 minutes.
• The Fraser Valley is approx. 3 1/2 hours drive on the Coquihalla Hwy.
• Kelowna is approx. 2 hours drive via Merritt.
• Merritt is approx. 45 minutes.
• Vernon is approx. 1 hr. - 30 minutes.

There is several other alternate routes to reach Paska Lake. Via the Trans Canada #1 Hwy. from Cache Creek to Cherry Creek. Driving time is approx. 3- 40 minutes via the Duffy Lake road or the Greenstone Mtn. road, and from the Canyon via Spencers Bridge thru Logan lake.

Fishing & Hunting

Moose and deer are plentiful in there surrounding region. Paska Lake is surrounded by many lakes in the area including many 4 x 4 lakes, and walk-in lakes that provide excellent fishing.
