The logs were stained in 2017, and new decking in 2017, along with new metal railings installed. Crawl space for storage is located under cabin facing the lake. There is an outhouse out back.
There is an old trailer located at the top of the property that is used for storage. Little value! Small bunk house has bunk beds, new roof and wood heater. Small storage shed, wood shed and out house.
The property is .47 acre in size. There is parking for additional guests and an RV at the top of the property by the road entrance. The driveway winds down to the back of the cabin which offers some parking for vehicles. Note the access is steep. The property is 305.66' in length on the south side, and 327.88' on the north side with 66.56' of lake frontage and 72.77 of road frontage. There is a fire pit located at the lower grassy lake frontage.

Paska lake stats
Paska lake is 123.5 acres in size and is stocked with rainbow trout. The elevation of Paska lake is 4,724 feet. The depth of Paska lake is 29 meters or 95.14 feet. Engine power restriction is 7.5kw or 10 hp motors only. Rainbow trout daily quota is 5 rainbow, and possession is double your daily quota. Location and Showings Paska lake is located between Merritt and Kamloops on the Coquihalla Hwy. About 20 minutes out of Merritt heading towards Kamloops you take the Logan lake exit by Lac Le Jeune and cross over the Freeway and head towards Logan lake. Approx. 3 - 4 km down the highway you will see on your right hand side the Paska lake road. You turn here and head up to Paska lake which is 8 km.

There are several other alternates routes to reach Paska lake. (1) Via the Trans Canada Hwy. #1 from Cache Creek via Cherry Creek over the mountain. Driving time from the highway at Cherry Creek is approx. 30 to 40 minutes via Duffy lake road or Greenstone Mountain road.
(2) The other route is via the Fraser Canyon via Spencer's Bridge through Logan lake to Paska lake.
Fishing & Hunting
Moose and deer are plentiful in the surrounding region. Paska lake is surrounding by many lakes in the area, including many 4 x 4 lakes, and walk-in lakes that offer excellent fishing.
