CUSTOM built cabin is 940 square feet in size, with metal roof and loft. Built in 1985 by Ken Anderson of Lone Butte.
Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and overhead loft. Extensive use of pine throughout. Walls and ceiling are insulated with R28 rating.
Bedroom on the main floor is 11’- 5” x 9’- 4”
Kitchen is 12’ - 8” x 13’ - 4” with old fashioned grandma cook stove. Lots of cupboards and counter space.
Dining room is 11’ x 12’ – 9” with lovely view of Paska lake. Fridge/freezer in the corner.
Living room is 12’-4” x 12’-4” wood burning stove, and sliding glass door to the large sun deck over looking Paska lake.
Bedroom up in the loft is 17’ x 10’ and offers view of lower floor.
There is a 2 piece bathroom with shower and composting toilet. 9’ x 7’ – 3” with electric baseboard. Sink needs to be hooked up.
The cabin comes complete with furniture, appliances but excludes the personal paintings, birds, hides and animals.
There is a gravity feed water system with 2 – 45 gallon drums, with water pumped from the lake, and haul in your own drinking water.
The logs were stained in 2017, and new decking in 2017, along with new metal railings installed.
Crawl space for storage is located under cabin facing the lake.
There is an outhouse out back.
There is an old trailer located at the top of the property that is used for storage. Little value! Small bunk house has bunk beds,
new roof and wood heater. Small storage shed, wood shed and out house.
The property is .47 acre in size. There is parking for additional guests and an RV at the top of the property by the road entrance.
The driveway winds down to the back of the cabin which offers some parking for vehicles. Note the access is steep.
The property is 305.66' in length on the south side, and 327.88' on the north side with 66.56' of lake frontage and 72.77’ of road frontage.
There is a fire pit located at the lower grassy lake frontage.

Rainbow trout daily quota is 5 rainbow, and possession is double your daily quota.
Location and Showings
Paska lake is located between Merritt and Kamloops on the Coquihalla Hwy. About 20 minutes out of Merritt
heading towards Kamloops you take the Logan lake exit by Lac Le Jeune and cross over the Freeway and head
towards Logan lake. Approx. 3 - 4 km down the highway you will see on your right hand side the Paska lake road.
You turn here and head up to Paska lake which is 8 km.

Driving time from
- From Lac Le Jeune exit it is approx. 15 minutes.
- Logan Lake is approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
- Kamloops is approx. 30 - 35 minutes.
- Fraser Valley is approx. 2 1.2 hours via the Coquihalla Hwy.
- Kelowna is approx. 2 hours via Merritt.
- Merritt is approx. 45 minutes.
- Vernon is approx. 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Penticton is approx. 2 1/2 hours.
There are several other alternates routes to reach Paska lake.
(1) Via the Trans Canada Hwy. #1 from Cache Creek via Cherry Creek over the mountain.
Driving time from the highway at Cherry Creek is approx. 30 to 40 minutes via Duffy lake road or Greenstone Mountain road.
(2) The other route is via the Fraser Canyon via Spencer's Bridge through Logan lake to Paska lake.
Fishing & Hunting
Moose and deer are plentiful in the surrounding region. Paska lake is surrounding by many lakes in the area,
including many 4 x 4 lakes, and walk-in lakes that offer excellent fishing.
