current LUC. They suggested making an application to move the
property over to RU 2 as the current Land Use Contracts will be phased out by
approx. 2020 by the BC government and re-zoned to the proper zoning.
The Regional District in Kelowna is located at 1450 KLO road.
The area is currently out of the Peachland fire protection area.
Newer drilled well installed in 2007 by Value Contracting out of Okanagan Falls, BC
