The 2006 gross property taxes are $3,455.00
Share Sale
This will be a company share sale of 100% of the companies shares of Pimainus Fishing Camp Ltd. to any new owner. The land lease, cabins and all other assets related to the operations are held in the company names. The purchase of the camp via the company makes it easy to set up a group purchase as each group member can buy the appropriate number of shares based on their participation percentage.
With the escalating price of waterfront, more and more buyers are looking for affordable waterfront property to purchase. However they find themselves being priced out of the market place, with waterfront lots selling in excess of $300K to $400K on many area lakes.
Ideally this property would be suited for a group purchase of 3 - 6 buyers, and or as a corporate retreat. Any new owners can continue to operate the resort as a combination business/private resort. The can also continue to operate the business each year, or start a rental pool which is popular with many other resorts in the region, including Hatheume Lake Resort and Paradise Lakes Resort.
