Pinantan Lake has an elevation of 2,873' feet, and is a pretty lake surrounded with lots of trees and several islands. It is also a popular swimming lake in the summer months. The lake is approx. 68.3 hectares in size or 168.77 acres. Maximum depth is 18.5 meters deep or 60' feet deep. The only restriction in the Provincial Fishing guide is "electric motors only" Pinantan Lake is stocked annually with 4,000 Rainbow Trout annually since 2001 from the Fraser Valley Hatchery.

According to the "backroad mapbook" the fishing is good with rainbow up to 2 kg. or 4.5 lbs.
