Pinaus Lake is a long, clean clear deep lake. Approx. 3 miles in length, and large enough to land float planes on. The lake has an elevation of 982 meters, with surface acre size of 168.75 Ha., maximum depth of 53.6 meters, mean depth 13.1 meters. Two stockings in 2003 of approx. 30,000 fingerlings. There is no restrictions on the lake, but prospective buyers must do their own due diligence.
Crown Lease
The property is presently located on Crown Lease land. Several Crown Lease lots have been sold on the lake to cabin owners, however any prospective buyer will have to discuss these values and the right to apply to purchase the land with the Crown Lands officials in Kamloops.

There is many other lakes in the immediate area to fish including Pinaus, Little Pinaus, Lady King, Square, Jimmy, Nugget, Woods, Drum, Sawmill, and many hundreds of back roads and trails to explore, hiking, mountain biking or ATV.
The old Ranger Station Forestry lookout on top of Tutakumun Mountain located off the Pinaus Lake road is well worth the afternoon 4 x 4 or ATV hike. The mountain range views in all directions are spectacular and the Falkland Valley farm land below offer breath taking views.
