Additional Notes
I inspected the property on April 27, 2007 and located all the property pins.
The property has a southerly exposure, and is located in a quiet bay which provides lots of privacy.
The lake shore has a mix of rock and some sand and gravel. There was no visible weeds showing in the lake.
The property is serviced by a gravity fed water system from a spring at Palethorpe creek. The owner has first rights to the spring of 500 gallons per day. Their is one other registered cabin owner that is registered in 2nd place for water rights. The spring water is stored in a 300 gallon ball at the spring and gravity fed to the cabin.
Behind the cabin is an access road, and an easement that provides access to the neighbors cabin as well. See attached site plan.
Locked security gate at the main road.
