Cabin is 1,058 sq ft on the main floor with an Open Floor plan in
mind with large thermo windows over looking the lake.

Another 320 in the loft upstairs with 4 built in bunk beds.
Cabin has been built on a proper concrete foundation and built to code.
The interior ceiling is open beam, stained fir. The walls are tongue and grove pine painted off white,
the floors are 9" wide pine stained chocolate. The interior doors are fir, stained as well.
Upstairs has double bunks for etc...and can sleep up to 8 kids.
The main floor has a kitchen with an island with propane fridge and stove.
Dining area with double doors leading to the large covered sun deck.
Living room with free standing wood burning fire palce.
Open floor plan with great open views with lots of day light.
There are two nice size bedrooms, a mud room, and a 4 piece bathroom.
The cabin is heated by a wood stove that works great.
The stove and large fridge are propane are only a few years old.
There is a propane hot water on demand heater that works extremely well.
We have hot showers all the time just like we are at home.
We have a septic tank and field. So again, plumbing is just like at home.
The water comes from the spring to the rear of our property into a 1000 gallon tank t
hat is buried in the ground so that it doesn't freeze.
So we even have running water in the winter. Works well.
We share the system with 2 other neighbors. The owner is not registered on the water license.
Hardiplank siding and a metal roof. All the windows are safety glass making the cabin extremely difficult
for burglars to gain entry. Sellers have never had a problem.
There is a storage shed, an out house (that never gets used.
The cabin is wired just as a house complete with electrical panel. We use a small Honda 2000 generator
which is whisper quiet and powers up the rest of the cabin which work great.
It would be easy to add solar if a person wanted.
All the basement trim, sills, window and door trim are stained fir as well. Looks great.
Unfinished basement for storage makes a great storage area and is approx. 7ft. high.
Septic tank is under porch and field is in front yard.
The cabin is very cozy, functions really well, and really was built well. It has all the amenities.
The owners generally stay over Christmas for a week plus a few more weekends in addition
to that and ice fishing and snowmobiling.
32’ x 8’ dock works awesome and is left in year round and does just fine in the bay.
2016 Property taxes are $1.342.29
The property is .435 acre in size. There is approx. 86.9412' of water frontage x 123.03' across the rear of the property
by 195.20' on the south side x 203.40' on the north side.
There is a road easement at the rear of the property, which gives access to two neighboring cabins.
One cabin owner comes once a year, and the other one is seldom around.
Access is off the main Pinaus Lake Forest service road, down a small side road which branches off to Block E, and forks to Block D, and C.
The property is unique that it is mostly sitting on a bench, with a slight taper leading down to the lake edge. The property has been cut back
and it very attractive and private. The property is located in a little sheltered bay and is very private.
The property faces in a south westerly direction with excellent sunny exposure throughout the day.
Zoning is R6 (LINK BELOW)
There is no hydro at Pinaus Lake. Cell service works in certain areas on the property and around the lake. Cell phone boaster is recommended if you want internet service. The Pinaus Lake forest service road continues past Pinaus Lake and comes out near Fintry on West Side road on Okanagan Lake.
