Pinaus Lake Property
The cabin was built approx. in 1965 and is 800 square feet in size with one bedroom, and a smaller one. The property is being sold with most of the furniture, dock and generator. Metal clad roof.
The living room is 14' x 19'-5" in size and offers a wonderful view with Southern exposure facing Pinaus Lake. A wood burning heater is located in the corner of the living room.
The kitchen is 13'-6" x 16'-8" with double stainless sink and cold running water, and a wood burning cook stove. Kitchen table and chairs. Sliding glass door to large sun deck.

The septic tank is unconfirmed and is likely a drywell or pit. The cabin is serviced with gravity fed running water from Jamieson Spring. The Spring is located across the road approx. 200 yards up a back road.

The cabin is sitting on stone and cement pads and is well aerated. There is an outside biffy as well.

There is a large front deck on the cabin that is 20' wide x 8' to 10' deep that faces Pinaus Lake.
The cabin is powered with generator and propane. There is a detached garage/shed storage building which is 24' x 1 2' .
The property is .521 acre in size. The waterfrontage is 85.30' and the rear property measurement is 104.48' The west side of the property is 259.18' in length, and the east side is 229.65' in length. There is a registered road easement off the main road through Block A, at the rear of the property, which gives access to the subject property.
which makes it one of the more attractive lots on the whole lake.
Access is off the main Pinaus Lake Forest service road.
The property is very unique because it is mostly flat and slightly sloping leading down to the lake edge with a rare boat launch, and a dock facilities. The property offers very attractive views of Pinaus Lake from all angles. The property is located in a little sheltered bay and is very private.
The property faces in a southwesterly direction with excellent sunny exposure throughout the day. It permits full sunshine on the shortest day of the year.

There is a registered water license that supplies gravity fed water from a mountain spring to the cabin. It is called "Jamieson Spring". The 3 year fee is $100.00 ( details to be confirmed) The plastic piping was buried from the Spring along the road and down to the back of the cabin.
There is no hydro at Pinaus Lake. Cell service works in certain areas on the lake.

There is two access routes to Pinaus Lake from Westwold and Falkland on Hwy. 97. The Pinaus Lake forest service road continues past Pinaus Lake and comes out near Fintry on the back side of Okanagan Lake.

Pinaus Lake is situated 20 minutes or 14 km off Hwy. 97, between Westwold and Falkland on the Vernon to Kamloops highway. Pinaus Lake is accessible via a good all year maintained road.
The mountains provide endless old skidder trails and logging roads to explore with trail bikes, ATV's snow machines and cross country skis or hiking. The lake will ice over generally prior to Christmas and off at Easter with trophy fly fishing only lakes near by Square and Jimmy.
Pinaus Lake is situated between Sun Peaks, Silver Star, Big White ski resorts and the new Revelstoke development. Pinaus Lake is a long, clean, clear, deep lake, which is approx. 3 miles in length, and large enough to land float planes. Beside the property is Peanut Bay which is perfect shelter for a float plane.
