There is no hydro at Pinaus Lake. Cell service works in certain areas on the lake.

Pinaus Lake is situated 20 minutes or 14 km off Hwy. 97, between Westwold and Falkland on the Vernon to Kamloops highway. Pinaus Lake is accessible via a good all year maintained road.
The mountains provide endless old skidder trails and logging roads to explore with trail bikes, ATV's snow machines and cross country skis or hiking. The lake will ice over generally prior to Christmas and off at Easter with trophy fly fishing only lakes near by Square and Jimmy.
Pinaus Lake is situated between Sun Peaks, Silver Star, Big White ski resorts and the new Revelstoke development. Pinaus Lake is a long, clean, clear, deep lake, which is approx. 3 miles in length, and large enough to land float planes. Beside the property is Peanut Bay which is perfect shelter for a float plane.
