Two licenses for septic fields. There is a septic system for the shop which was extended on to Crown Land. It was intended for use for a washroom in the shop and or for possible caretakers quarters. This field has never been used.
The other field is to service the two newer LOG cabins. This field was also run over onto Crown Land.
Some work was performed in 2002 by an Engineering firm from Kamloops on some of the Resorts structures and septic fields to remove the section 750.1 that was placed on title by TNRD several years ago.
The work was not completed in 2002 due to the ongoing expenses incurred from the Engineering firm.
Additional information is available from the listing Agent
