Log Cabin Stats
The Log cabin was started in 1982-83 and took 2 years to finish. The Log builder is George Donovan out of 100
Mile House. It was built on property concrete footings and cement posts and is well aeriated off the ground.

The main floor outside measurements of the Log home is 31' - 6" x 28 ' - 6" or 897 square feet in size.
The inside loft measurement is 26' - 8" x 19 ' -8" or 537 square foot in size, and would make two large

The sun deck is 7' - 10" wide by 29' across the front.

The cabin sits on a point of land that faces southeast with excellent sunny exposure, and great exposure on
southern side of the property as well.
Lot 18 is mostly flat where the log cabin is located and out front towards the lake is a perfect landing and
picnic area over looking the lake. Facing towards the southeast the property is steep with steps leading down
to the lake edge. The estiamte 30% grade leading down to the lake is steep and made up mostly of sand.
The property has a driveway leading into the cabin from the back, as well as an additional driveway located down

discovered lithic, which is produced when stone tools are made and is considered hard evidence of traditional

Clinton. Young Lake is a deep clear fresh water lake, which is suitable for swimming, skiing and great fishing,
with depths up to 60 meters.
There is no motors restrictions on Young Lake. Young Lake has an elevation of 938 meters. Young Lake is 339.98
hectares in size. Young Lake perimeter is 24,350 meters Young Lake maximum depth is 66 meters. The mean depth on
Young Lake is 28.7 meters.
